No body knows the Severn-Lamb product range more than our team of highly skilled Severn-Lamb engineers. Each product is built to an exceptional standard and is always in strict compliance of environmental laws and competent ministries. To ensure a life times worth of trouble free operation Severn-lamb offer a servicing program that supports the manuals and schedules that come with every product.

From our UK based headquarters Severn-Lamb can send one of their engineers to your site periodically to carry out a full service on your product. The visit can be arranged to suit your needs. For most operators it will be important that they are fully operational prior to there busiest periods so often servicing schedules are advised for out of season months.

Spare's & Repairs

Occasionally, as with all products there is a need to make running repairs. Although Severn-Lamb looks to keep these to a minimum, by scrupulously refining their design and production methods, they are often unavoidable when having to rely on third party components. For added peace of mind Severn-Lamb carry many stock items and are able to offer a fast response to spare's requests and in extreme cases are able to send engineers out to carry out such repairs.

Warranty

All Severn-Lamb products come with a full 12 months warranty covering parts and labour. In the event of a product or part failure Severn-Lamb shall first up offer expert advice over the telephone to hopefully come to a quick resolution or organise the replacement of the part free of charge. If the product continues to have problems then an engineer shall be despatched or a local contractor sent to resolve the issue.
